J. Tumo-Vaižganto g. 6 – one of the gems of the famous Montvila (Kražiai) colony, designed around 1903–1911 as one of the first villas in the city with private entrances, gardens, and an exclusive aura of the city’s intelligentsia. This house is a unique example of how historical architecture and modern comfort can blend into perfect harmony.
New doors were made of oak wood using old technologies, the surface was sanded, painted with selected paints, replacement and fitting of hardware.
