Jonas Juozapas Tiškevičius palace have been designed and build by state councillor Ignacy Karbanovich in 1859 and was the first representative example of historicism style house in Neris quay. In 1891 the palace was bought by Trakų Vokė count Jan Józef Tyszkiewicz, who reconstructed the building according to the design of architect K. Maciulevičius. The newly build orangery gave the building an unique look. In 1940 the palace was nationalized and handed over to the Vilnius district hospital. The doctors and personal of the Red Cross hospital, that was located in this building, where saving human lives day and night and was treating the victims of Soviet Union aggression during the 1991 January 13th events.
The new gates are made of oak wood according to old technologies, wood sanding, painted with selected paint, according to the customer’s needs, the gates are installed with an automatic lock.
